Built for buildings run by a manager and a treasurer, with no board. It installs on a phone and keeps working offline. The app itself is in Persian.
Itemised charges
Each cost is split by floor area, by occupants or equally, and every owner sees the breakdown.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to travel to Iran to have my property managed?
No. You appoint us as your representative online in the Saman app. Formal steps such as a rental contract usually need a power of attorney from an Iranian consulate or notary office, and we help you prepare it.
How do I see the rent and costs of my property?
Every payment, receipt, repair invoice and building vote is recorded in the Saman app on your phone as it happens. You also get a monthly income and cost report.
Which buildings is Saman for?
Residential complexes, office buildings and shopping arcades run by a manager and a treasurer under Iran's Apartment Ownership Law. One account shows a person's units across several buildings.
What does Saman cost?
Each complex uses Saman free for three months. After that it is a yearly subscription based on the number of units, renewed by the manager inside the app.
Where does the building charge money go?
Online charges are paid through Zarinpal straight into the complex's own bank account. Neither Saman nor Hami holds the building's money.
